Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at GOTOSHOP LIMITED (getoshop.top). We're confident you'll love our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange service in accordance with EU regulations.

1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal ("Right of Regret")
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal period, you only need to send your notification of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

2. Return Conditions
To receive a full refund, the returned goods must meet the following conditions:

Unused, undamaged, unwashed: The goods must be in new condition and have not been worn, used, or washed.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging (e.g., gift box, dust bag), and documentation (e.g., warranty card, instruction manual).

**Proof of Purchase:** Please provide your original order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that any loss in value caused by handling or inspection of the item (other than for its essential function) may result in a deduction from your refund.

3. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to return an item:

Contact Us: Within the return period, first contact us by email at [email protected] to inform us of your order number and your intention to return the item. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return address.

Returning the Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include your order details. We strongly recommend using a tracked mailing service and ensuring your package is insured, as the risk of loss or damage in transit is your responsibility until we receive it.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason is our error (for example, if the item was sent the wrong way or was defective).

4. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you immediately by email.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original payment. For example, if you used a credit card, the refund will be issued to that card. You will receive your refund within a certain timeframe (depending on your payment provider's policies), usually no more than 14 days.

Please note: We do not cover the initial shipping costs you paid to the original carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). These costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective upon receipt or we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. In this case, we will provide you with a free, prepaid return label and, at a later date, either a full refund (including the original shipping costs) or a free replacement for the correct item.
